• Administer Microsoft 365 across an environment of 98 licenses — user lifecycle, licensing, MFA, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, mail forwarding and security configuration.
• Led pre-launch QA for a multi-tenant SaaS platform built for the company's franchise network, manually provisioning 7 test franchise tenants — each with its own employee and customer accounts — to stress-test the system end to end.
• Identified, documented, prioritised, retested and drove to resolution 150+ defects across application workflows and integrations.
• Validated multi-tenant data isolation, confirming customer, order and franchise data never crossed between accounts.
• Verified payment-routing integrity through Stripe, confirming each transaction charged the correct franchise account.
• Tested third-party integrations across the platform — distributor and aggregator catalogues (TireHub, ATD), field-service scheduling (Housecall Pro), fleet telematics (Samsara) and messaging (Twilio, SendGrid) — along with checkout flow, transactional email delivery and rendering, and payment confirmations.
• Served as the liaison between an offshore development team and business stakeholders, translating issues into tracked, prioritised work through Microsoft Planner and Teams.
• Authored complete end-to-end support documentation in Scribe, reducing repeat questions and easing onboarding for franchise staff.
• Designed and administered a SharePoint intranet to centralise documentation, and migrated team operations onto Microsoft Teams.
• Provided application, email and system-configuration support across a franchise network that scaled to 50+ locations at its peak, including technology onboarding and launch support for 12 locations.
• Administered Linux systems and wrote Bash scripts to automate maintenance and routine tasks.

• Designed, built and operate four production websites, handling the whole lifecycle — design and front-end, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Run the infrastructure behind them: domains and DNS, hosting on Vercel, and email deliverability including SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
• Built a multi-tenant client portal — magic-link authentication, a leads inbox with CRM statuses, change requests, a markdown blog CMS with live preview, and GA4 analytics — with tenancy enforced in Postgres by row-level security.
• Building a multi-tenant SaaS platform: four surfaces on one codebase (storefront, operator back-office, field mobile app, platform admin) on Next.js, Supabase, Medusa and Stripe Connect.

• Taught JavaScript programming and hands-on STEM concepts across school programs and the Code Ninjas dojo, adapting the same material for very different ages and experience levels.
• Led and taught summer camps in robotics, cryptography and advanced Roblox development, and mentored students through the curriculum to Blue Belt.
